TRANSFORMING THE TIRE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE BY CREATING A MICHELIN TIRE STORE OF THE FUTURE.
The challenge was to create an innovative way to purchase tires by leveraging digital capabilities and offering a superior consumer experience to differentiate the Michelin brand from anything else currently in the market. The solution was a seamless, highly personalized web to in-store experience, utilizing geofencing, touch screen technology, and dynamic merchandising to not only connect with consumers but also make the tire purchase experience much more streamlined and pleasant.
